How much does shipping cost?

UK Customers: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £30 and free express shipping on orders over £70.

Express tracked shipping is also offered with DHL and DPD couriers, and the cost for this is calculated at check out, based on the weight and contents of your order.

Customers outside the UK: We offer free tracked shipping on the majority of orders shipped. Orders that exceed our free shipping threshold will incur a small postage fee which will be calculated at checkout based on the order value.

Express shipping with DHL is also available at an additional cost which is calculated at the checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Customers: Please allow approximately 3-7 business days to receive your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse (if you chose the free standard shipping option).

If you chose our express shipping option your order will take approximately 1-2 business days to arrive.

Customers outside the UK: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please find some approximate shipping times below for orders sent with regular shipping:

Asia: 7 - 15 business days
South Africa: 10 - 25 business days
South America: 15 - 25 business days
Mexico: 10 - 25 business days

All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in London, UK.

Shipping partners

UK Customers: All orders with free, standard shipping are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class. All orders sent with express shipping are shipped with DPD Courier.

Customers outside the UK: Orders are shipped with Asendia UK then handed over to your countries postage provider. Once your order clears customs, you can track it on your local postal providers website using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs

Customs (Applies to customers outside of the UK only):
When ordering from Bali Body, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees (import fees), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination.

Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):

* Product category and price
* Shipping costs and package weight
* Customs clearance channel
* Import taxes based on customs duty amounts

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.

If your order contains a free product with purchase, the free product will be declared at it’s full, regular retail price at your country's customs clearance process. It is not legal for Bali Body to attempt to declare any item at $0.00. This may impact any relevant import taxes or duties that are calculated from the total declared value of your order.

Bali Body is not liable for any import fees and we do not accept returns if an order has qualified for import fees.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@balibodyco.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

How do I track my order?

UK Customers: All orders with our free, standard shipping option do not come with tracking.

Orders placed with Express Courier Shipping, DHL or Hermes Courier do come with tracking.

You will be able to track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If for any reason, this is not working or you’re having trouble finding these details, please contact our team at info@balibodyco.com

Customers outside the UK: You can initially track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.

Once your order clears your local customs, you can track it on your local postal providers website using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I use a P.O Box as my shipping address?

UK Customers:
If your order is being shipped with our free regular mail option then you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to purchase express shipping with DPD Courier, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address.

You must also provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates.

Customers outside the UK: If your order is being shipped with our free regular mail option then you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to use one of the express postage methods available, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address.
