Pregame
Warning: this step is crucial! Preparation for your self tan is just as important as the actual self tan application. For a tan that lasts, you're going to need a clean, clear canvas. We recommend preparing your base at least 24 hours prior to tanning. This will ensure your pores are closed and ready for tan application. Applying tan directly onto freshly showered or shaved skin can cause the fake tan to sit in open pores and block the tan from penetrating evenly. So, get out your shaver babe, and remove hair from all areas where tan will be applied. While you’re there use an exfoliator to remove any dead skin cells. Dead skin cells love to hide in nooks and crannies such as your elbows, knees and ankles, so get scrubbing. No babe wants blotchy limbs, do they?
Application
